Welcome to the Elemental Journey, I am so glad that you have chosen to undertake this online pilgrimage with me.
This module is designed to introduce you to some of the techniques that you will be practicing as we walk this journey together.
Air / Wind Element Season
We take our first steps on our seasonal pilgrimage, with the element of Air or the Wind – the element of inspiration and of new beginnings.
Fire Element Season
We take our next steps on our seasonal pilgrimage, with the element of Fire – the element of transformation and transmutation.
Water Element Season
We take our next steps on our seasonal pilgrimage, with the element of Water – the element of intuition and emotions.
Earth Element Season
We take our next steps on our seasonal pilgrimage, with the element of Earth – the element of physicality.
